| Austin Aquarunning training sessions are conducted either at Austin Aquasports, or at a pool at your home or other pool that you may have access to that is convenient for you. Austin Aquasports is located at 4403 Guadalupe St., just south of 45th street on the East side of the street. This heated, very nice outdoor pool is open year-round, and was specifically designed for deep water activities, including scuba diving classes. Changing areas and outdoor rinse-off showers are available. |

| Single training session $65 Learn the basics of aquarunning form, and how to incorporate aquarunning into you workout regime. If you are new to aquarunning, you will come away from your first session with everything that you need to know to get started! If you are a pool exercise veteran, this is a great opportunity to learn how to optimize your exercise program, and some more advanced moves. |
| 3-session package: $170 The 3-session package is broken down into 3 areas of emphasis: Session 1: Intro to Aquarunning Learn the basics of aquarunning form, stretching to complement aquarunning, and aquarunning for injury prevention and rehabilitation. You will leave this first session with a good grasp on how to aquarun correctly, specific workout recommendations, and followup in the days afterward. Session 2: Aquarunning in-depth Focuses on workout design, specifics on how to fit aquarunning into your training schedule, and basic strength training exercises and aquarunning drills to add to your program. Session 3: Beyond Aquarunning Develop an exercise plan that is specific to your goals, how to enhance your physical strengths and correct your weaknesses in the water, and learn more advanced deep water exercises to incorporate into your own training program. |
